In the multiplayer, you are always driving in real-time (CEST), so for all players in the company, the time is always the same. Companies have the possibility to set up a time delay for their company, for example a company can defer the time by 6 hours, so that it is only 1 pm when it is already 7 pm after CEST. A reason for this may be that the company chef wants to adjust the company time to his country or that the employees only have time to drive at night, but still want to drive in OMSI during the daytime.
